Worthy November Causes

November Causes

As promised – we are making charity easier than ever!

Charitable giving is a two-way street.

Not only does it make you feel good, but it also promotes better personal values and moral actions.

Donating to charity and becoming involved in the community of charitable organizations, even just as a silent spectator and donor, will also create a sense of gratitude and awareness of your own privileges.

Bringing charitable giving into your business can benefit your employees as it gives a sense of community and social involvement.

To help you reach your altruistic ideals, we’ll be shining a spotlight on various vetted, worthy causes in the form of South African charities each month.

November Causes: Halli Trust

The first one we want to draw your attention to is the Halli Trust. According to their website, they work with some of the most vulnerable children in previously disadvantaged communities

“Halli Trust is devoted to making a measurable difference in our communities. We provide the highest quality programs that benefit all families, individuals, and especially our children in Helderberg and surrounding areas. We have 3 registered areas: Education Involvement, Community Involvement, and Rehabilitation and Caring of Animals.”

If this is a cause that you might want to support, follow the link to donate:

November Causes: TEARS Foundation

Secondly, we want to bring the TEARS foundation to your attention. According to their website they provide help to women in crisis:

“TEARS Foundation is a women-led organization. Help is provided regardless of ethnicity, religion, culture or socio-economic background, or location, TEARS Foundation provides assistance nationwide with a 24-hour free SMS service to anyone who has access to a cell phone.”

If this is a cause you are interested in, follow the link to donate.
