Worthy Causes for December

Make your corporate gift memorable this year and do some good along the way.

Charitable Corporate Gifts Simply Mean More

Let’s be honest – nobody remembers every corporate gift. Mostly the edible ones are devoured before lunch, the swag is stuffed in a desk drawer and the coffee mugs simply add clutter to overstuffed kitchen cabinets.

On the other hand, supporting a charity on behalf of your business connections makes a very real difference.

Bringing charitable giving into your business can benefit your employees as it gives a sense of community and social involvement.

To help you reach your altruistic ideals and ensure that your charitable corporate gift hits the spot, we have found two local, non-political and respected charities to support.

The First One We Want To Draw Your Attention To Is The Tshwane Place Of Safety Association (Tposa)

They work towards giving every child in crisis the experience of a safe, loving family.

“TPoSA provides abandoned, abused, traumatised, orphaned, sick and HIV+ babies and toddlers with excellent spiritual, emotional, and physical care in a relaxed home environment, where every child has the opportunity to grow to their full potential.”

If this is a cause that you might want to support, donate here.

Secondly, We Want To Bring Ladles Of Love To Your Attention

This soup kitchen was started in 2014, serving only 70 meals on their first day. They now serve more than 200 000 meals each week, and also have various feeding schemes in place focussed specifically on children and at risk families

“Ladles of Love is about more than merely providing meals. It’s about dignity, respect, and creating the kind of world we all want to live in.”

If this is a cause you are interested in, donate here.

The world can be a harsh place and has recently become even more dire as we were ravished by the Covid-19 Pandemic.

It’s time to focus our efforts on the betterment and wellbeing of others and in doing so rediscover our own human natures.

Watch out for next month’s newsletter where we will be bringing you even more worthy causes.
